Die Schulbibliothek wurde mit dem Ausbau von der Mittelschule zur Maturitätsschule ab 1986 massiv ausgebaut und auf EDV umgestellt. Mit dem Bau eines neuen Schultraktes konnte 200 die neue, grosszügige Bibliothek bezogen werden.
Die Bibliothek wird nicht als Archivbibliothek geführt, sondern versucht, mit einem aktuellen Bestand die BenutzerInnen einzuladen.
