Die Bibliothek des Berufungsgerichts entstand am Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts. In den siebziger Jahren konnte sie mit dem Bau des Justizpalastes in Betrieb genommen werden. Die Bibliothek besitzt nun eine Sammlung von über 15'000 Dokumenten.
Sie sammelt spezialisierte Dokumente ausschließlich zum kantonalen Tessiner und Bundesrecht.
